We maintain COR certification, involvement with Alberta Workers’ Compensation “Partners in Injury Reduction” program and proudly state being recipients of the “Best Safety Performer” award in 2003 (D&J Isley and Sons) and again in 2006 (Head Construction and D&J Isley and Sons).
We provide extensive employee orientations and training programs on how to work safely and use equipment in a safe, efficient manner - followed by observation and retraining as required.
All employees and contractors have the responsibility to participate in safety initiatives, while complying with all safety policies, procedures, practices and regulations.
